What are the chances getting fresh salmon roe ( not processed or salted I prefer to processed myself) and also smoked eel?

Well, we do not have access to fresh caviar (salmon roe). My guess is Alaska is the only place to get fresh salmon roe, since it is prohibited to catch salmon ialong california’s shores. Smoked eel will be in store tomorrow – 08/07/08. We usually have it in stock all the time, unless supplier experiences shortage.
